EXECUTIVES EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
Our staff is based in Texas. Our operation hours are Monday to Friday -from 7am to 7pm- and Saturday and Sundays we are available from 8am to 3pm. All our executives have a college degree in Business, Graphic Design, Marketing or Hospitality. They have all traveled or lived in different cities in the United States, Mexico and Europe and are fluent in English and Spanish.
We take education and customer service very seriously. In order to keep our team motivated, we keep an incentives program in place and make sure our team members are updated about technology, events, travel services and new places, so they can properly assist our members and solve their needs in an effective way.
ABOUT THE MEMBERSHIP
There are two levels of membership: Premium and Standard.
Cancellation is possible at anytime with no penalties.

Travel costs, labor fees, service fees charged by third parties, taxes, shopping, tickets, or any other expenses, are not included In the membership.
